Order Procedures

Our business hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Coast time. If you need to reach us by phone with any questions please call 818-379-9612. We will accept orders via phone if you do not wish to use the internet. We accept either Mastercard, Visa or Discovery, so please have your credit ready when placing an order.

We are here to answer any questions pertaining to our products, including technical support for our CD-Roms and online streaming videos.

We welcome wholesale orders for shops that have valid resale numbers.  First time orders require payment with a credit card. Subsequent orders can be paid by check with Net 30 terms if good credit is established. We do have minimum orders on our patterns, books and Cd-Rom's for shops. We will be happy to work with smaller shop owners and accommodate your needs when necessary.

Shipping Policy

Occasionally, some products may not be available when an order is placed. You will be notified by e-mail or telephone if your order cannot be filled completely.

Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped. Orders will usually be shipped out within five to ten business days. The average shipping time varies from 5 to 7 business days.  If you need your order sooner, we will be happy to ship either Next Day or Two Day. 

We ship most of the books and patterns USPS.  Larger orders are shipped either using priority mail, or UPS.  All wholesale orders are shipped UPS.

Return Policy

Due to copyright laws no items can be returned, unless the item is damaged. Make sure before purchasing an item that you intend to keep it.  If an item if damaged, we must be notified before an item can be returned. Either phone or e-mail us. Please include your order # with your return.  Either a check will be issued or a credit to your credit card will be posted.
